The book is great and the marketing ideas are wonderful. This book is an easy and fast read and very to the point with no BS. I recommend it to everyone but our competitors. Steve spoke with such rhythm and knowledge at the recent PWNA Pressure Washers of North America Association meeting in Orlando that he memorized the crowd. This book has those elements in it as well.
