Stressed Out & Loveless

"Honey I am too tired for it", is the refrain among the men who undergo erectile dysfunction (ED) commonly known as impotence. There could be umpteen numbers of reasons for the problem, which vary from one person to another. Some 30 million Americans suffer from different degrees of ED.

One of the oft-quoted reasons among the physically otherwise healthy men is the stressful lifestyle. The daily grind at work, deadlines to catch up with, fracas with the colleagues, unpleasant meetings and unfulfilled targets, they all add up to a life devoid of some relaxed moments.

Add to this is the new work culture that is sweeping the urban Indiathe work culture of mushrooming call centers, where the employees must work during the night to serve their clients in the West when it is daytime there. The whole set of biological rhythms is turned around when nights are spent working and days sleeping. And it is a major recipe for stress.

Many would agree that we are basically nocturnal creatures when it comes to getting intimate although there is nothing to stop us from having a go at sex during anytime of the day. Sex essentially is a function of the relaxed moments, when you would like to unwind with your partner, pat each other a little or crack a joke. Call centre work culture is taking those moments away from the lives of the night time workers when most of them are unable to share private moments with their spouses, and as a study indicates, men are more prone to impotence or erectile dysfunction when they have such disturbed biological rhythms.

As they would say that daytime sleeping is no sleeping, same would hold true for sex. The life pattern stretched over a long period would certainly lead to an affected sexual health. There is plenty of information available on the Internet on the help available in the form of treatments starting from medicines like the cheap Cialis to multi-session psychological counseling's. Though one can buy Cialis Online, it is always the complete examination of the condition by a qualified doctor and his prescription that must be followed in matters as serious as erectile dysfunction.

Sure you cannot leave a career in these times of cut-throat for a decent job. Even if it means no sleeping in the night for years together. But surely there is a way out of sexual lethargy and disinterest when you have a way to learn to snatch those your own moments.
