Cellulite And Lipsuction In Anti Cellulite Treatments

Still searching for anti cellulite treatments? Have you thought the only reasonable way to eliminate this problem is by pairing cellulite and liposuction alone?

Liposuction is simply the reduction of body fat by sucking it out from below the skin's surface. It was created in 1979 and after almost 25 years plus is still the most common type of plastic surgery in use today. But is this procedure ideal for completely solving the cellulite problem? Plastic surgeons in general say, no ... not really. Liposuction itself is quite effective in reducing the inches by reducing fatty tissue on body parts, however, it cannot change the problems associated with the appearance of cellulite on the body. This is because liposuction is not a procedure that can change the structure of skin.

Cellulite and liposuction seem to be the perfect pair for an anti cellulite treatment, unfortunately it's just not effective on the problem. Liposuction can actually make the appearance of cellulite worse by removing too much of the underlying fat cushion within the skin. This in turn can cause the lumps and bumps to look even worse than before the procedure.

There are several affects of aging that effect the elasticity and fat accumulation around the body. Our hormones tend to fluctuate and as our unchangeable genetics start to show. The body begins to break down including the connective fibers that hold the smoothness of our skin stable. In fact, they shrink, allowing any fat accumulation below the surface to be pushed upward as the fiber strands attached to the skin pull downward causing a dimpling, orange peeled look. Thus cellulite.

There are several different procedures or methods that can be coupled with cellulite and liposuction to be used as anti cellulite treatments. Some of these include Endermologie, cellulite creams, lotions or gels, but also it is very important to maintain a regular program that includes exercising, a good healthy and nutritional diet and lots of water. All of these things help with elevating blood flow and assisting in lymphatic drainage to get rid of extra fluid and toxins while also allowing the skins surface to be smoothed out to a more comfortable level.

So if you are considering cellulite and liposuction is the method you are seriously evaluating as the solution to your problem, it is valuable to remember that as part of your anti cellulite treatments that other methods should realistically be used to allow you to reach a desired level of smoothness on your skin. Be sure to consult with a plastic surgeon that is board-certified first and give yourself the time and patience to allow it to work as with any other goals in life.
