Those who smile feel a release of chemicals in the brain triggering a happiness response and this also very much helps the human immune system do its job better and protect us from harm. Have you considered; Bringing a little Happiness into Your Life and also spreading it to others around you? A little smile goes a long way as they say and why not put one on and wear it all day?
